Heated Swimming Pool
The heated swimming pool is located in a spacious patio area equipped with umbrella tables, chairs and chaise lounges. A lifeguard is on duty eight hours a day from Memorial Day to Labor Day, so both children and adults can enjoy the pool safely.
Vistas from Sunset to Sunrise
There’s nothing quite as calming as looking out over the water. Imagine brewing a cup of coffee and soaking in the sights from your balcony. Some spectacular vistas can be seen from Weymouthport. A clear view of sunrises and sunsets is always a joy, and many of the units here have such a view. Depending on which tower you live in, you may see beautiful vistas of Tern Harbor, Weymouth Back River, or the Boston Islands.
Tennis, Basketball & More
Between the towers and the water is an area for strolling, sitting in the shade, a game of tennis, basketball or even horseshoes. Watch the boats come and go or bring your binoculars to see if your favorite restaurant is crowded.
The horseshoe pit is just around the other side of the trees to the right of the basketball court, and it can just barely be seen through the trees in the panorama. If shuffleboard is your style, we have that, too.
Barbecue Areas
There are ten picnic tables and eight gas-fired grills in this charming part of our waterfront property, readily available for all to enjoy.
Viking Grills are truly some of the best on the market, but don’t worry because you will have plenty of them. Ready to fire up anytime, both you and your guests will enjoy many a fragrant summer’s evening on the waterfront.
Fitness Room
The health club offers an ample choice of equipment for to stay fit and trim. There are machines, treadmills and free weights with a TV and a water cooler, too. There are also men’s and women’s saunas nearby.
Function Room
The function room may be reserved by residents for private parties and events. The function room also houses a sizable library of books and magazines donated by residents. These may be borrowed for the reading pleasure of anyone in our community.
